If you know me, you’ll know I don’t believe poverty is “spiritual.” I’d rather see you learn to pull yourself out of it than claim you’re doing God’s work by “offering up” your suffering.

For the record, I don’t believe wealth is “spiritual,” and reject Prosperity Gospel’s claim that it’s “proof of God’s favor.” I only claim that wealth is a state of existence enabling the individual to do more good (for themselves and others) than they could without it. Continue reading →
